I have many wonderful memories of baking fresh-baked Italian cookies with my family. I love family traditions and sharing my baked good with the world. That is why I created Caliva Cookie Co.

Caliva Kitchen is an established brand, with subscribers on YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook, and is now offering Italian Biscotti, Cookie Packages, Cookie and Biscotti Subscriptions and more through this website and Eileen’s new business, Caliva Cookie Co. The business is based in Ballston Lake, New York, and ships across the United States! These are cherished family recipes that Eileen is now sharing with you.

Once again, Caliva Cookie Co., has graced my presence with the best but most Amazing Biscotti Cookies ever, up & down the East Coast! I have not been able to stop eating them, since their arrival!!! The Chocolate Almond Espresso, the Anise Almond, & the Orange Cranberry Biscotti are to die for. I love the intense infused flavors, combined with the ultimate crunch of the toasted Almonds. However, my new best friend just might be the Cranberry Pistachio! I may need to subscribe to a monthly cookie subscription, because I just can’t stop eating one. They are Simply Amazing! I received my order of biscotti from Caliva Cookie Co. They were delicious. You can not go wrong with whatever flavor you pick. I tried the dark chocolate candy cane and cranberry almond. They were both awesome, but my favorite was the dark chocolate candy cane. I will he ordering more soon.
